Experience our Flying Brunch featuring flame-seared salmon trout, beef tartare from Simmental beef, white and green asparagus, creamy burrata, and many other delicacies. We then surprise you with carefully curated main courses designed for sharing, seasonally inspired and harmoniously composed. The experience is crowned with a sweet finale of crème brûlée, Zotter chocolate mousse, and classic Austrian Kaiserschmarren.

Children from 0-5 years old eat complimentary, 6-11 years old pay € 32,50.
