To start, enjoy a classic Jausenbrettl with a fine selection of cheeses and cold cuts, the creative Beef Tartare Cone
or the fine spreads with organic sourdough bread from BROTocnik.

The menu continues with refined Austro Tapas such as an X.O. Ribeye with Miso Hollandaise and Leek or Tramezzini with Onsen Egg and Caviar.

Finally, the team will tempt you with irresistibly sweet Austrian specialities. Grandma’s Scheiterhaufen is of course a must.

Our family has been based here for more than 300 years and is now in its sixth generation as winemakers with heart and soul. With care and a lot of hard work, Gregor V managed to increase the cultivated area from 1.5 hectares to 30 hectares. This allows 200,000 vines to ripen in the best conditions. The entire family is currently involved in the business. The in-house Heurigen restaurant, which offers typical Heurigen specialties as well as fine cuisine, is cooked by the good soul of the family, Eva Schup. Their love of enjoyment and the courage to create new creations turn their own Heurigenstube into a warm, feel-good atmosphere.

With a lot of enthusiasm and joy, typical Burgenland as well as internationally known varieties are cultivated throughout the Rust Riedenarena. Our offer ranges from fruity, dry white wines to velvety red wines and the typical noble, sweet Ruster outbreak. Our wines are characterized by the highest quality, innovative thinking and a lot of experience, but the most decisive factor has been the collaboration of the family for several generations.
